What is the Veganery? It is a space where we invite you to enter and discover almost everything that defines veganism as lifestyle. Here we welcome both those who are already vegans as well as those who desire to become vegans or those who just want to know what veganism is and what it offers more (or less) compared to an ordinary lifestyle, common to the social contemporary life.This is the place where a vegan will find everything he might be interested in: starting with vegan recipes to ways of spending time the vegan way, events for vegans, advice for those wanting to become vegans, alternative therapies, recommendations on social life and various concerns that respect the principles and values of veganism.

What are the main ingredients of a vegan lifestyle? Nature, simplicity and respect to all living beings around us and to ourselves. All these combined harmoniously are a basic condition of a healthy, peaceful and happy life where the joy that comes from the simple things is bigger and more invigorating than the joy of those who surround themselves with every artificial thing offered by the modern society.

Being vegan means living a healthy, fair and normal life where the extremes, excesses and abuses are avoided and where balance, peace, harmony and honesty solely rule a person’s behavior. Being vegan doesn’t mean at all to be fanatical, secluded, rigid, and intolerant with the people around and insensitive to the needs and values of others. Also, a vegan isn’t by far a person obsessed with his own weight moreover he is not even concerned with this issue. He has a fit body look because his diet and lifestyle help him to be healthy and normally developed. A Vegan is not an overly demanding individual when it comes to food, on the contrary he is satisfied with exactly as much as he needs, as simple and as natural as possible and which does not involve the killing of other beings.

What we offer at the Veganery? First of all we offer healthy alternatives, to everything. One doesn’t necessarily need to be a vegan in order to choose one day to eat a truly healthy meal or to decide spending an after-noon or a week-end in the middle of the nature. A headache can be fought against not only with an inflammatory or a similar medicine. Anyone can choose a holyday destination where one can relax with what nature offers, one can make a bike ride instead of a car ride, one can enjoy an aromatic tea instead of a soda drink, and one can try to sleep without taking a sleeping pill and just relax in silence and not in front of the TV. Here you can find alternatives to everything unhealthy in your daily life. And the alternatives we are offering are always at your fingertips are for free or cost very little and they will surprise you with the joys that they will create.
